Overview[]
Cedar is a wind unit obtainable through Rate-Up #6 and Wind Gacha. He was created by TeaCaku.
Being a wind unit, Cedar is resistant to water and weak against fire, so it's best to use him against water enemies.
His Ultimate Debuff skill is also useful against any boss with the ability to buff themselves.

HP: 307 (+98 HP first level up, then about +40 HP for each level up)
Attack: 30 (+10 damage first level up, then about +4 damage for each level up)
Defense: 9% (+1% initial)
