Dictator Hatsya, Shadows of Corruption
Overview[]
Dictator Hatsya is a corruption unit obtainable through defeating him in Shadows of Corruption. He was created by Shining Hatsya, and is the corrupted variant of his persona.
Being a corruption unit, Dictator Hatsya deals x1.5 damage to all units and receives x1.5 damage, so it's best to use him against all types of enemy.
Base Stats (Without Limit Breaks)[]
HP: 142 (+35 HP first level up, then about +17 HP for each level up)
Attack: 71 (+17 damage first level up, then about +8 damage for each level up)
Defense: 1%
Active Skill: Stun All Strike [30 MP] - Attack all enemies with (1.2x/1.4x/1.6x/1.8x/2x) dmg with a chance to stun mobs (20%/25%/30%/35%/40%) or boss (2%/4%/6%/8%/10%)
Passive Skill: Team Max HP+ (3%/6%/9%/12%/15%)
