Kiwi is a wind unit obtainable through Wind Gacha. She was created by CakuPop, of whom this is her persona.
Being a wind unit, Kiwi is resistant to water and weak against fire, so it's best to use her against water enemies.
She's also one of the many illustrators for the game.
