Ngoc is a dark unit obtainable through Dark Gacha. She was created by ryna_kat, of whom this is her persona.
Being a dark unit, Ngoc is both strong and weak against light, so it's best to use her against light enemies.
Base Stats (Without Limit Breaks)[]
HP: 262 (+65 HP first level up, then about +33 HP for each level up)
Attack: 38 (+9 damage first level up, then about +5 damage for each level up)
Defense: 12%
Active Skill: Stun Strike [20 MP] - Attack 1 enemy with (2.5x/3x/3.5x/4x/5x) dmg, chance to stun monster (20%/25%/30%/35%/40%) or stun boss (2%/4%/6%/8%/10%)
Passive Skill: Team Max HP+ (3%/6%/9%/12%/15%)
