Sebastian is a water unit obtainable through Rate-Up #2 and Water Gacha. He was created by Radd.
Being a water unit, Sebastian is resistant to fire and weak against wind, so it's best to use him against fire enemies.
Base Stats (Without Limit Breaks)[]
HP: 263 (+45 HP first level up, then about +22 HP for each level up)
Attack: 48 (+16 damage first level up, then about +9 damage for each level up)
Defense: 14%
Active Skill: DEF+ All Strike [20 MP] - Attack all enemies with (1x/1.2x/1.4x/1.7x/2x) dmg, increase team DEF+ (1%/2%/3%/4%/5%)
Passive Skill: Team ATK+ {2%/4%/6%/8%/10%)
