Seer Lance is a wind unit obtainable through Rate-Up #7 and Wind Gacha. He was created by Manami Lin.
Being a wind unit, Seer Lance is resistant to water and weak against fire, so it's best to use him against water enemies.
Base Stats (Without Limit Breaks)[]
HP: 317 (+79 HP first level up, then about +39 HP for each level up)
Attack: 39 (+11 damage first level up, then about +5 damage for each level up)
Defense: 14%
Active Skill: Heal All Strike [20 MP] - Attack all enemies with (1x/1.2x/1.4x/1.7x/2x) dmg, and heal team (12%/18%/22%/26%/30%) of max HP
Passive Skill: Team ATK+ (2%/4%/6%/8%/10%)
